Bogdan Speteanu

Bogdan Speteanu is a visionary entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking sector. After a successful career at BCR—where he held key leadership roles in business, products, strategy and audit—he co-founded Moov Leasing to bring innovation to the mobility industry.
At Moov, he drives the development of a digital platform that redefines car usage, making it as simple and flexible as using a smartphone. Inspired by new consumer habits and mobility trends, Bogdan focuses on creating seamless, tech-driven solutions for the new generation of users.
He also serves as a non-executive member of the Supervisory Board at BRCI and has previously held leadership positions within Romanian Leasing Professional Association , BCR Fleet Management and Omniasig. A graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and an Executive MBA program, he combines strategic vision with deep industry expertise to shape the future of mobility in Romania.
