Narmi launches AI marketplace to bring practical AI directly into financial institution workflows
Narmi, a leading provider of digital banking technology, today announced the launch of the Narmi AI Marketplace, a centralized destination for practical and innovative AI capabilities built for community financial institutions. “The AI Marketplace brings together Narmi’s powerful lineup of homegrown AI features, available today and continuously evolving, to help financial institutions move faster, serve smarter, and act with confidence.” – according to the press release.
‘Narmi offers one of the broadest and most comprehensive AI suites in the digital banking space, spanning both back-office staff workflows and customer-facing experiences. The AI Marketplace provides a unified hub where institutions can deploy practical AI directly into the workflows their teams already use, with a human in control at every step and Narmi-grade security behind it all.” – the company said.
Designed as a flexible toolkit, the marketplace will house a growing catalog of AI features, including solutions from Waldo, Clarid, Agent IQ, MX, Payman, Alloy, InstaSwitch and PayPath, grounded in Narmi’s core principle of focusing on specific, real-world problems solved with practical AI applications.
“Our goal with the AI Marketplace is to deliver functional, high-impact AI that drives immediate value without added operational friction,” said Nikhil Lakhanpal, co-founder of Narmi. “Narmi clients already use AI in production today, and this is only made possible by ensuring every feature increases measurable efficiency, is backed by governance and trust, and delivers real-world value from day one.”

The Narmi AI Marketplace debuts with a robust set of tools designed to drive growth, primacy, and operational efficiency:
- Claude and ChatGPT MCP Servers: Narmi’s MCP Server has earned industry honors, including being named a finalist for “Best Bank & FinTech Partnership” at the Banking Tech Awards USA for its launch with Grasshopper Bank. The technology allows account holders to analyze cash flow, balances, and transactions using Claude or ChatGPT while keeping sensitive data securely protected.
- AI DecisionAssist: An agentic workflow that equips back-office staff with expert-level insights in seconds. AI DecisionAssist turns raw identity verification data into plain-language summaries and explainable, institution-specific recommendations for every account opening review. Results show that the average review time has fallen from eight minutes to less than two minutes, while reviews at the 90th percentile are now closing six times faster.
- AI Secure Messages: Empowers staff to manage high volumes of customer messages faster without sacrificing accuracy or tone. Secure Messages automatically drafts responses drawing from the institution’s reference materials, keeping every reply accurate, consistent, and unmistakably on-brand.
- Marketing Promotions and Audiences: Accelerates marketing workflows by using AI to build targeted audiences from account activity and attributes in seconds. Teams can quickly draft campaign copy and experiment with new promotions securely.
- AI Search Bar: Turns customer data into instant answers with no manual digging required. Staff can ask natural-language questions across applications, transactions, and customer profiles, enabling a shift from reactive support to proactive financial guidance.
The Narmi AI Marketplace is live today, and features an active product roadmap that includes upcoming capabilities, like document agents within AI Decision Assist and Agentic AI for Secure Messages.
