MoonPay launches MoonPay Enterprise, a global stablecoin payments platform
New business line, built on the Iron acquisition, gives banks, fintechs, and merchants a unified platform for global stablecoin infrastructure. Deel is already using it to power stablecoin payroll and Paysafe is running it inside a $167B-a-year payments platform to let merchants accept crypto at checkout. Other partners include Whop, Wallet Connect, Ingenico, Avici, Exodus, Citrea, Scopex and others.
MoonPay Enterprise is built on Iron, the API-first stablecoin infrastructure platform MoonPay acquired in March 2025. “Iron provides the technology layer that lets companies issue virtual accounts, manage multi-currency treasuries, and move funds across borders over traditional rails like ACH, wire, and SWIFT — with incoming fiat automatically converted into stablecoins and settled into wallets through a single API.” – according to the press release.
Before MoonPay Enterprise, businesses building stablecoin-powered payment flows had to piece together separate providers: one for fiat on-ramps, another for stablecoin issuance, a third for cross-border settlement. Each handoff added vendor dependencies, cost and compliance overhead.
“Global payments infrastructure was not built for a world where businesses need to pay workers in 190 countries, settle tokenized assets in real time, or manage multi-currency treasuries without relying on slow correspondent banking chains. Stablecoins solve for each of those problems individually, but only if the plumbing underneath them is unified and compliant. MoonPay Enterprise puts that layer in place, so the operational complexity of moving between fiat and stablecoins disappears into the infrastructure.” – the company explained.
What’s included
Pay In — Collect fiat through local payment rails (SEPA, ACH, FPS, PIX and more) and SWIFT, receive funds into virtual accounts, and automatically convert them into stablecoins.
Convert — Access institutional stablecoin liquidity for treasury management, platform liquidity, and large OTC conversions.
Pay Out — Send global payouts by settling in stablecoins or local fiat across supported markets.
Issue — Mint fully reserved, white-label stablecoins with built-in issuance infrastructure.
“Businesses are paying workers across 190 countries, managing multi-currency treasuries, and settling value in real time,” said Ivan Soto-Wright, Founder and CEO of MoonPay. “They need one platform to issue, convert, and move value globally. MoonPay Enterprise gives them exactly that through a single integration.”
“Stablecoins shouldn’t require businesses to become experts in banking infrastructure, liquidity management, or blockchain operations. MoonPay Enterprise gives them those capabilities as infrastructure, through a single integration.” said Max von Wallenberg-Pachaly, CEO of MoonPay Enterprise.
MoonPay Enterprise runs on top of MoonPay’s existing footprint: money transmitter licenses in all 50 U.S. states plus a New York BitLicense, MiCA approval in the EU, and registrations across the UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond. The platform is SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 certified, and already processes hundreds of millions in volume across 190+ countries for 50+ enterprise partners.
