At Banking 4.0, Kearney will unveil the 2025 results of its renowned Retail Banking Share of Wallet study — now in its third edition. This annual report offers exclusive insights into shifting customer behaviors and market dynamics, making it a must-attend session for anyone shaping the future of retail banking.

This year’s results reveal how Romanian retail banking is shifting compared to 2024 and 2023, highlighting both new opportunities and emerging risks for banks.
