Comarch delivers strong Q1 2026 results with “Agentic AI First” at the core of its strategy. The company is Silver Partner at Banking 4.0.
The first half of 2026 confirms the effectiveness of the transformation underway. Jarosław Mikos, President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A., sums up the results, explains the transition from the licensing model to a subscription model, and discusses why AI is now fundamental to the Group’s efficiency.
The first six months brought Comarch a clear improvement in its key financial results:
. Revenue increased by 14% year on year, to approximately PLN 900 million.
. EBITDA amounted to PLN 202 million, representing an increase of more than 80% year on year.
. Full-year targets remain within reach: PLN 485 million in EBITDA (more than 25% growth) on revenue of PLN 1.9 billion.
Growth across business lines
The telecommunications segment recorded the strongest growth. E-invoicing services also had a very strong first half, as a wave of implementations of KSeF-type solutions continues to move across successive markets, currently particularly visible among customers in the Far East, following earlier waves in Europe and the Middle East.
The ERP segment grew by 5% while simultaneously going through the so-called SaaS valley — the transition from a licensing model to a subscription model.
“In the short term, this reduces revenue growth, but in the long term, it stabilizes revenue.” – explains the Comarch CEO.
The transition from the licensing model to the subscription model covers more than 100,000 customers and will continue for several more quarters.
AI-first: expertise, proprietary infrastructure, and a conscious approach to tool selection
At Comarch, artificial intelligence is not an add-on to existing processes, but their foundation. 99% of employees have already completed certification at the company’s internal AI Academy and have been given access to the best tools available on the market, particularly in the area of software development.
“We require AI skills from our employees and enforce them with great determination, embedding this mindset deeply among our managers and giving them the best tools,” says Jarosław Mikos.
At the same time, Comarch is building its own AI infrastructure based on NVIDIA GPUs, which will serve both the Group and its customers. Internal AI agents advise teams on which solution to use at a given moment, enabling the company to reduce the cost of software development while maintaining independence from any single provider.
Vision and Strategy: heading towards autonomous agents
Thanks to the support of the CVC fund, Comarch is dynamically transforming into an agile, innovative organization while maintaining its global scale.
A key element of this strategy is the „Agentic AI first” approach. „We no longer think only about traditional user interfaces (UI). We are building systems ready for direct interaction with autonomous digital assistants.” – says Łukasz Bolikowski, Chief AI Officer at Comarch.
He adds: „We are implementing AI into our products not only at the traditional user interface level, but also by creating solutions dedicated to autonomous agents. We believe that the future belongs to systems based on task delegation. Instead of clicking through an application themselves, users will entrust duties to their digital assistants, which will then interact directly with our software.”
