I have handled complex projects related to the functioning of the greenhouse gas emission trading scheme (ETS), in revising EUAs sale-purchase agreements, and in various ETS related litigation cases.
I also advise clients on a daily basis on environmental liability matters, matters related to public’s participation to the decision-making process, natural protected areas, as well as on the assessment of environmental-related risks in the context of privatizations and mergers and acquisitions projects.
I have also developed NNDKP’s data protection practice over the last nine years and has customarily advised clients on specific data protection requirements applicable to their core-businesses, marketing or employment activities, and data protection implications of business transfers, projects and mergers, both national and cross-border. She also holds trainings for the clients’ management teams on all privacy matters.
I also assisted in various other labor matters, including drafting employment agreements and assisting in health and safety at work issues.I have a significant experience in environmental and regulatory matters.
