I have a significant experience in environmental and regulatory matters. Having established the firm’s environmental law practice, I coordinate the team of lawyers involved in numerous projects with an environmental component, including the assessment and implementation of regulatory and permitting requirements, general waste management and water management requirements, as well as special requirements applicable in specific fields, such as oil and natural gas exploitation, mining, manufacturing, etc.

I have handled complex projects related to the functioning of the greenhouse gas emission trading scheme (ETS), in revising EUAs sale-purchase agreements, and in various ETS related litigation cases.

I also advise clients on a daily basis on environmental liability matters, matters related to public’s participation to the decision-making process, natural protected areas, as well as on the assessment of environmental-related risks in the context of privatizations and mergers and acquisitions projects.

I have also developed NNDKP’s data protection practice over the last nine years and has customarily advised clients on specific data protection requirements applicable to their core-businesses, marketing or employment activities, and data protection implications of business transfers, projects and mergers, both national and cross-border. She also holds trainings for the clients’ management teams on all privacy matters.
