She brings over 15 years of experience at the National Bank of Romania (BNR), where she played a leadership role in payment regulation, risk management, and the Fintech Innovation Hub. She has contributed significantly to aligning national regulation with European standards (such as PSD2, SEPA, Instant Payments), supervising payment service providers, and cooperating with authorities on regulatory frameworks.
Raluca is also associated as a university lecturer in the Finance Master’s program (BANCAS) at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies
