Mihai comes with 30+ years of experience in technology and business development. An engineer by training, he has led end-to-end initiatives across IT&C, security and defence, steering solution and product development, and managing both local and international business growth.
His project’s track record includes complex deliveries up to €60M for corporate and government clients in banking, retail, transportation, defence and aerospace.
Since 2020, as founder of Tejas Development, Mihai has built a business and technology support network and has been an active advocate for Europe’s emerging Digital Identity ecosystem. Over the last three-plus years he has supported the technology powering the EUDI Wallet through close collaboration with its developer, Scytáles AB.
He also helped establish Vision Smart Technology (VSTech) as a value-added reseller of Scytáles, contributes to the development of the VSTech Wallet (Powered by Scytáles) platform and of a suite of purpose-built applications, to building partnerships and strategic alliances supporting early adoption of this first EUDI Wallet ARF-compliant ecosystem available in Romania.
At Banking 4.0, Mihai brings a pragmatic, delivery-oriented view on building secure, compliant digital identity solutions, on responsibly integrating AI and VR/AR technology, and on orchestrating public–private partnerships at scale.
