Senior Policy Expert at European Banking Authority
Larisa Tugui is a Senior Policy Expert at the European Banking Authority (EBA) part of the EBA Conduct, Payments and Consumers Unit. Over the last 6 years, she has been responsible for the development of several mandates conferred on the EBA under the revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2) and EBA own-initiative Guidelines and Opinions to support the objectives of the PSD2 and foster supervisory convergence across the EU 27, including in the area of open banking. Prior to joining the EBA, Larisa worked as a lawyer in the private sector (2008 – 2016).
