With over 15 years in financial services, she brings strong expertise in financial strategy, performance management and regulated fintech frameworks. Previously, she was Head of Controlling & Capital Management at BCR, leading strategic financial planning.
At Filbo, she has led the company’s shift from traditional microfinance to a modern fintech — creating one of Romania’s fastest, most efficient micro-lending models and building a new fintech entity from the ground up, including its full authorization and e-money infrastructure. Her work focuses on expanding financial inclusion and delivering simple, intuitive solutions that help small businesses thrive.
