Gabriela NistorGabriela Nistor is one of the most experienced leaders in the Romanian banking system. With a career of over 30 years in retail and private banking, Gabi grew up with Banca Transilvania (the largest bank in Romania), laying the foundations in the area of cards, call centers and online payments.
Since October 2022 she has been the General Manager of Idea::Bank, part of the Banca Transilvania Group, which later became Salt Bank, the first neobank made in Romania which was launched on the 4th of July, 2024. Previously Idea::Bank she coordinated the retail, private banking and network activity within Banca Transilvania, as deputy general manager (since 2013).
She has an EMBA degree from the University of Sheffield, with which she was a finalist in Europe in the Study UK Alumni Awards competition in the Professional Achievements category in 2021.office
