Florina joined the Revolut team in the summer of 2025. Her professional experience of more than two decades spans the banking sector, non-banking financial institutions, and business consulting. She began her career in 2001 at UniCredit and later worked as a consultant for a financial group in the Netherlands, before dedicating herself fully to roles in the financial services sector starting in 2007.
Prior to taking on her role within the local branch of the digital bank Revolut, Florina served as General Manager at Access Financial Services IFN, a non-banking financial institution in Romania focused on lending, where she played a decisive role in the development of the business from its start-up stage, including licensing, market launch, supervision, and regulatory compliance.
Florina holds a Law degree from the University of Bucharest and completed an MBA program at the Open University Business School in the United Kingdom.
