Executive Vice-president Retail & Private Banking, Member of the Management Board – BCR
• Develops and implements the retail strategy in line with the key strategic objectives of the Bank and Group.
• Guides the activity of the Retail Segments and Products Retail Distribution Network and Bancasurrance coordinating the development of the business relationship with strategic partners in what concerns promoting retail products.
• Develops the business strategy with respect to cards market.
• Secures and develops the Multichannel and Digital strategy: internet banking, Self Service, Mobile Banking, Contact Center, partners’ network.
• Implements the distribution strategy for retail portfolio products and services on all distribution channels, in order to reach the financial and business objectives of the Retail and Private Banking Business Line.
• Ensures obtaining a stable environment which enables creating a coherent supervising and management system, as main tool for developing the network with the purpose of cost reduction and permanent improvement of efficacy.
• Defines the business strategy for the retail segments and creates new client service models.
• Coordinates the following Departments and Divisions: Products and Natural Person Segments Division, Micro Products and Segments Division, Card Division, Retail Assurance Products Management Department, Digital Banking Division, Private Banking Division, Retail Development Division, Retail Distribution Network Division (Contact Center and Retail Banking Units), Customer Experience Division and Retail Metodology and Monitoring Department.
