Corina joined ING in 2020 and has since held several leadership roles within the Tech area, including IT Area Lead Digital and IT Lead Retail (ad interim). Since November 2024, she has been Tribe Lead Digital & Assisted Channels, where she is responsible for the vision and strategy of ING Romania’s digital channels for private individuals.
Her work focuses on anticipating market demands, enhancing the Home’Bank experience, and delivering AI-driven conversational solutions through assisted channels. She also oversees User Research and User Experience within the business domain, ensuring customer-centric design and innovation.
Before ING, Corina built her experience at 1&1 AG as Head of Leads & Content Development for over a decade. Prior to that, she worked for four years as a software engineer at Juniper Networks. With this background, Corina brings a strong blend of technical depth and strategic leadership. Her career reflects a passion for large-scale systems and the people who make them thrive, as well as a commitment to thoughtful leadership that drives lasting impact.
She holds both a bachelor’s degree in Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Computer Science and a master’s in Business Informatics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE).
Beyond her professional journey, Corina enjoys exploring technology in all its forms, traveling, and playing bridge or poker.
