Bogdan Costea has been Head of Information Security at ING Bank România since 2018. He previously spent 12 years auditing both business and IT processes, including cybersecurity.
Having extensive knowledge on both business and security processes allows Bogdan to identify, assess and drive implementation of security controls without impeding too much business processes.
Bogdan is highly aware of the need that nowadays security must be embedded in people mindset and part of the core business of the companies as it is not an IT issue alone. In his current role he is preaching this on every occasion.
