Razvan has been involved with TRANSFOND for 22 years, since its foundation in July 2000, while he was still active in the National Bank of Romania.
Between 2003 and 2004 he served for 15 months on the Board of Directors of TRANSFOND, and since the fall of 2004 he is a full time employee. From various positions he was involved in all major projects undertaken by TRANSFOND.
Currently, he is responsible with development strategy formulation and implementation, as well as acting CFO.
He also serves as President of APERO – Association of Electronic Payments in Romania.
Razvan is a 1992 Alumni of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, in Finance and Accounting. He is also a 1997 Alumni of Pew Economic Freedom Fellows Program, at Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., USA.
