Corneliu began his banking career over 22 years ago, working with institutions such as Credit Europe Bank, First Bank, Anglo-Romanian Bank, and Vista Bank.
He has always been passionate about the idea of democratizing access to savings and investment tools for mass-affluent clients, developing disruptive digital solutions, and promoting financial inclusion to ensure long-term well-being.
His most recent initiative in this direction is the establishment of iPensii, a voluntary pension brokerage authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority in September 2023, aimed at democratizing and digitizing the enrollment process (100% online) for a Pillar III voluntary pension fund in Romania.
