Tudor Doman is Head of the Strategy, Integrated Regulations and Financial Innovation Unit, working within the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) for almost 10 years. He was part of the team that established the Fintech Hub at the ASF level in 2018 and currently coordinates its activity. He is presently involved in activities regarding the implementation of the EU digital finance package (respectively the DLT Pilot Regime regulation, DORA and the draft MiCA regulation).
Tudor graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the Prague University of Economics and Business as well as the Faculty of Computer Science at the University of Bucharest. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bucharest.
