Madalina Manoiu is a visiting professor in AI and Machine Learning at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Switzerland.<\/h3>\n

With 17+ years of corporate experience across four continents – including the past decade dedicated to the telecommunications and technology sectors – she combines global business expertise with deep insights into executive and board priorities.<\/p>\n

She holds an Executive MBA from IMD, certifications in Generative AI from MIT and Stanford, and Board Governance training from the University of St. Gallen.<\/p>\n

Today, she is building her own AI boutique consultancy, helping organizations and leaders manage change, implement responsible AI governance, and prepare for an AI-driven future. Passionate about translating cutting-edge technologies into strategic advantage and having a people-centric approach, Madalina empowers businesses and leaders to future-proof themselves in the new AI world.<\/p>\n
