Ramona Vlad brings over 13 years of experience in information management, data governance, document management and operational risk, working with organizations where confidentiality, traceability, compliance and resilience are essential.<\/p>\n

Throughout her career, she has coordinated complex projects for banks, financial institutions, multinational companies and central public institutions, helping them organize, protect and use information in a more secure, efficient and responsible way. Her professional background combines executive leadership, cybersecurity governance, digital transformation and a deep understanding of how data flows inside organizations \u2014 from creation and processing to storage, access, sharing and protection.<\/p>\n

Ramona\u2019s work focuses on helping organizations understand cybersecurity as a business and management responsibility, not only as an IT topic. She supports decision-makers in identifying risks, strengthening governance, securing information flows and building practical models for resilience and compliance.<\/p>\n

In her session, \u201cCybersecurity Incident \u2013 What happens when you lose your data?\u201d, Ramona will explore the real impact of a cyber incident from a business perspective: what happens when data is lost or exfiltrated, how organizations should respond, how communication with clients, authorities and the public should be managed, and what consequences may arise for the company and for the people behind the data.<\/p>\n

She will bring a practical, clear and human perspective on cybersecurity incidents \u2014 connecting legal, operational, reputational and trust-related consequences with real decisions that leaders must be prepared to make under pressure.<\/p>\n
