Raluca leads revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific for Druid AI. With seven years at Druid and a strong background in enterprise software, cloud solutions, and AI-driven automation, she brings deep expertise in consultative selling, strategic account development, and market expansion.

Before Druid, she held senior sales roles at Oracle, where she was recognized as a top performer across EMEA and ECEMEA.

An advocate for women in technology, Raluca is an AI & Advisory Board Member at Global Women TechLeaders and previously served on the Executive Board of Global Women in Tech.

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Lisbon.
