Meital Raviv is a fintech and innovation leader with over 23 years of experience in financial services, digital transformation, AI adoption, and strategic growth. As the Founder & CEO of MERA, she advises banks, fintechs, and corporates on AI-driven business models, open banking, digital strategies, and the future of financial ecosystems.

 

Throughout her career, Meital has held executive leadership positions across global financial institutions, fintechs, and consulting firms, including:

– CEO of a European Digital Bank for Businesses
– CEO of a trading startup
– EVP at Bank Hapoalim, where she spearheaded digital strategy, fintech investments, the bank’s innovation lab, and open banking initiatives
– Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Bank Leumi, overseeing all digital channels and transformation projects
– Executive Director at KPMG Israel, leading the fintech and innovation practice, advising top-tier financial institutions on AI and digital strategies

Meital’s unique blend of technology and business acumen stems from her experience in both startup ecosystems and large financial corporations, allowing her to bridge the gap between disruptive innovation and enterprise-scale execution.

 

She is an active investor and board member of the Israeli Fintech Community and several startups, as well as a mentor to emerging fintech founders.

 

Meital is also a public speaker at global fintech conferences, including Money20/20, Singapore Fintech Festival, Web Summit, and Fintech Junction.
