Florian Teleaba

Florian Teleaba is a Principal/Director in Kearney’s European Financial Services practice, and in Kearney’s European Strategy Growth & Organizational Transformation practice.

He started his consulting journey in 2008 with Kearney. In between, he also had a few roles outside of the firm also, in the industry, among which latest in 2021-2022 as D.CEO of Filbo/OMRO, a SME-focused fintech. For 2 years after his return to the firm in 2022 he also held the rotational role of Head of Bucharest office.

He was included in the Top 25 Global Leaders in Consulting in 2018 by Consulting Magazine.

His expertise covers areas such as business & growth strategy, corporate strategy and value creation, customer value management, product and service development, M&A (due diligence, value creation plans, and post-merger integration), digital transformation of offerings and operations, organizational transformation and governance, operations improvement, cost restructuring.

While he works mainly for financial services clients, he advises clients also in retail, consumer goods, and other sectors.

 

Academia wise, he holds a PhD (Summa Cum Laude) in brand choice behavior and product development, did his MSc in Economic Consulting, and BSc in Finance and Banking.

 

Florian is also an Associate Professor in consumer behavior and applied statistics at a Masters program in ASE FABIZ (MDBI).
