Dănuț Arion

Dănuț Arion is a Senior Associate at Reff & Asociații | Deloitte Legal Romania, with over 7 years of experience in banking and financial law, focused, among others, on regulations applicable to the payments sector.

 

Throughout his career, he has assisted clients in complex projects, such as the authorization of payment institutions and other payment service providers or providing advice on compliance with European and local regulations applicable to this field.

 

He was directly involved in a unique project in Romania regarding the authorization of a new payment system and has solid experience in interacting with supervisory authorities in the financial and banking field.

 

Dănuț has also been involved in numerous projects at the intersection of innovative technologies and traditional financial services, especially regarding the use of crypto-assets, including in the context of the European framework established by MiCAR.
