Experienced IT manager with a strong passion for system administration, software development, financial applications, credit bureau systems, and emerging technologies such as blockchain, cloud computing, and big data.

His expertise is primarily focused on banking and financial applications, with scoring and analytics representing the core areas of specialization.

 

For more than 15 years, as Chief Technical Officer, he was responsible for the successful operation and development of the Romanian Credit Bureau’s IT systems.

 

Currently, after more than 20 years with Romanian Credit Bureau, he has been appointed General Manager effective April 2026, in recognition of his significant contribution to the organization and his vision focused on performance and innovation.
