Brandusa Fecioru

Chief People Officer  – Associate Professor for HR MANAGEMENT at University of Bucharest

 

Brandusa Fecioru is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy at board level, currently acting as President of the University of Bucharest Foundation.

 

With a strong track record in the private sector in companies ranging from health sciences (Bayer and A&D Pharma) to technology (Honeywell, TotalSoft and Conectys), she has led teams, managed complex business transformation projects, developed HR policies, and driven talent management initiatives across diverse industries and geographies.

 

Brandusa holds a Master’s degree from Laval University in Quebec, Canada, and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Bucharest. She has also been a certified business coach since 2013.

 

Alongside her business achievements, Brandusa has served since 2003 as an Associate Professor at the University of Bucharest’s Faculty of Sociology, specializing in Talent and HR Management. Her unique blend of practical business leadership and academic expertise positions her as a respected professional on talent development and organizational transformation.
