Andreea is a seasoned People & Culture professional with 20 years of experience across HR business partnering, recruitment and employer branding, communication, and large-scale transformation within the energy sector.

Her work focuses on translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives, aligning stakeholders across complex organizations, and supporting transformation through change management and strategic communication.

She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and ability to guide teams through complexity while maintaining focus on outcomes.

Andreea is currently a Senior Project Manager for Change & Communication at OMV Petrom, where she leads the change and communication stream of one of the company’s largest P&C transformation programs, driving alignment, engagement, and sustainable adoption.

She holds an Executive MBA from WU Executive Academy (2025), strengthening her strategic and business perspective.
