Madalina Manoiu

Madalina Manoiu is a visiting professor in AI and Machine Learning at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Switzerland.

 

With 17+ years of corporate experience across four continents – including the past decade dedicated to the telecommunications and technology sectors – she combines global business expertise with deep insights into executive and board priorities.

 

She holds an Executive MBA from IMD, certifications in Generative AI from MIT and Stanford, and Board Governance training from the University of St. Gallen.

 

Today, she is building her own AI boutique consultancy, helping organizations and leaders manage change, implement responsible AI governance, and prepare for an AI-driven future. Passionate about translating cutting-edge technologies into strategic advantage and having a people-centric approach, Madalina empowers businesses and leaders to future-proof themselves in the new AI world.
