Alina Tudose is a brand consultant with more than two decades of experience in marketing, advertising, and business strategy, both on the agency side and the client side. Her career includes key roles at Vodafone, McCann Erickson, Brandient, and Cohn & Jansen JWT, where she served as Managing Director & Head of Strategy. Over time, she has helped shape the discipline of strategic planning in Romania, before it became a clearly defined role.

In 2014, she co-founded Brand Growers, working closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to build brands that support business growth and long-term value. Her approach is rooted in clarity and a deep understanding of business, based on the belief that branding should not merely communicate, but actively support a company’s decisions and direction.
