The program may include lectures, expert sessions, case studies, practical exercises, workshops, peer discussions, networking sessions, and other learning formats. The structure of each edition may differ depending on the agenda, lecturers, venue, strategic focus, and operational requirements.
The information presented on this website, including agenda, lecturers, topics, venue, dates, fees, benefits, and program structure, is provided for general information purposes and may be updated from time to time.
Participation in Finance 4.0 Summer School is application-based and subject to approval by the organizer.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. The organizer reserves the right to review each application and approve or decline participation based on professional background, program fit, available seats, experience level, and other relevant criteria.
After approval, the applicant will receive confirmation and payment instructions. Participation is confirmed only after the required payment has been made, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the organizer.
The participation fee is displayed on the website or communicated directly by the organizer.
The fee may include access to the educational program, course materials, selected networking activities, coffee breaks, meals, and other benefits, depending on the specific description of the program edition.
Payment is usually made by bank transfer based on an invoice issued after the application has been approved. Other payment methods may be accepted only if expressly communicated by the organizer.
All fees are payable in the currency stated in the offer or invoice. Taxes, VAT, bank charges, and other applicable costs may apply according to the invoice and applicable law.
Discounts, early bird offers, partner benefits, group bonuses, or other promotional campaigns may be available for a limited time.
Each discount or special offer is subject to the specific conditions communicated by the organizer. Discounts cannot be combined unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any discount or promotional offer at any time. Such changes do not affect already confirmed and paid registrations, unless otherwise agreed.
If a participant wishes to cancel their participation, they must notify the organizer in writing by email at academy@banking40.ro.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, invoice, or written agreement, cancellations made more than 30 calendar days before the program start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 calendar days before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the costs already incurred by the organizer.
Cancellations made less than 15 calendar days before the program start date may not be refundable.
A confirmed seat may be transferred to another eligible participant, subject to the organizer’s prior written approval.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory rights granted under applicable law.
The organizer makes reasonable efforts to deliver the program as described. However, the organizer reserves the right to make changes to the agenda, lecturers, schedule, venue, format, content, or other program elements when necessary.
Such changes may occur due to lecturer availability, operational needs, venue-related matters, force majeure events, public authority decisions, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.
If the program is postponed, rescheduled, moved to another venue, or adapted to another format, registered participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the program if necessary, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, force majeure, venue unavailability, public authority restrictions, health and safety reasons, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In case of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be informed and may be offered a refund, transfer to a future edition, or another suitable solution, depending on the circumstances.
The organizer shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, lost business opportunities, or other indirect costs incurred by participants, unless required by applicable law.
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the program.
The organizer may refuse access to or remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, disrupts the program, violates these Terms and Conditions, damages property, harasses others, or acts in a way that may affect the safety, reputation, or professional environment of the program.
In such cases, no refund may be granted.
